Degraded Performance affected some hosting customers

Incident Report for Communardo Service Center

Resolved

Today between 11 AM and 12:15 PM (CET) some hosting customers may experienced performance issues within their applications. The issue was caused by a platform processes which caused high resource utilization across the entire platform. The problem causing processes were stopped, and performance recovered to a normal level.
