We would like to inform you about a recent incident.

At approximately 10:22 a.m., a host within the hypervisor infrastructure failed. The cause was quickly identified: a defective RAM module led to a hardware failure on the affected host.

As a result, some virtual machines (VMs) were temporarily unavailable. Measures to fix the problem were taken immediately. The affected systems are now fully available again.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
